Q: “What is the difference between Raw/Processed Hair?”
Raw hair is hair that has undergone no chemical changes, no coloring, has not been bleach bathed, has not been mixed with animal fiber and all cuticles are intact. Processed Hair is hair that has undergone a chemical change to achieve certain textures and curl patterns.
Q: “Does the hair shed?”
Our hair is 100% natural, animal free, without synthetic fibers, and chemical processing. Therefore, it comes in its natural state in the color or dark brown or 1B. We do offer the option of custom dying the hair to the color of your choice for an additional fee.
Q: “What color are the extensions?”

Q: “How many bundles do I need?”
14-16 Inches you will need 2 bundles or more. 18-24 Inches you will need 3 bundles or more 26-30 Inches you will need 4 bundles or more. 30-Up you will need 5 or more bundles
Q: “How long does Déesse Noire Hair last?”
The longevity of our hair depends on how well you take care of your extensions. With proper care, our virgin extensions can be reused and reinstalled and last one year plus. Constant heat styling, coloring, and improper care will significantly shorten the lifespan of the hair.
Q: “Can I wash and blow dry my hair?”
Yes you can treat your hair how you would your natural hair.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds only exchanges within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the item tracking number.
